John and I had parent-teacher conferences with Abby's teacher this afternoon (glowing report but this biased mommy didn't expect anything different :)), and after that, took advantage of the short wait time in the cafeteria to cast our ballots. We were in and out under 10 minutes, and other than some horrid little boy who hit Lucas in the head while he sat patiently waiting with his sisters (grrrr), all went relatively well!
